Establishment of local centers
The Office of China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) issued a Notice Regarding the Division Scheme for Further Strengthening the Construction of Intellectual Property Protection Centers. The Notice states that each protection center will introduce original authentication services to enhance rapid right confirmation, and points out that each protection center should be guided to introduce original authentication services to carry out services related to intellectual property original authentication. This work is led by the Intellectual Property Protection Department, and taken charge by the Intellectual Property Publishing House.
Open original authentication interface
The original authentication standard interface mainly includes a real-name authentication interface, a deposit interface, a withdrawal interface, a time stamp interface, etc. The service fee consists of technical service fee and system maintenance fee. During the first construction, interface technical service fee and system maintenance fee for the year will be charged in one time.
Compitition Certification
It can provide pre-protection of intellectual property rights for various creative and design competitions, and can provide interface services for the official websites of the competitions (authentication, deposit/withdrawal) or services of setting up special topic pages for the competitions on the original authentication protection platform.
Enterprise Intellectual Property Management
Through the enterprise knowledge management service, the manager of the enterprise or scientific research team can view the work progress of each staff in real time and carry out work assignment; through the sub-account permission management, different management permissions can be set for staff with different work contents, thereby effectively preventing important files from being tampered with, deleted, downloaded, etc.; meanwhile, it achieves the two-way protection for the rights of enterpris.
